nighttime designer

when I'm drifting off to sleep at night, I often find myself picturing shoes I wish I could design. a few nights ago, I wanted to marry this jacket by the gap:



with these anna oxfords by frye:



so it would be like a textured, multicolor oxford heel. does such a thing already exist? if so, where and for how much?
