a few weeks ago, I was browsing a banana republic store and stumbled across their women's oxford (hector, the first shoe shown below) and fell in love. I don't own many flat shoes, so it took me by surprise that I liked these. I bought them and I love them! super comfortable and a nice change from heels.

below are some other oxfords that caught my eye. I love the simple silhouettes and ever-so-slight, chunky heel. these shoes are sexy, but not in any overt way – which makes them all the sexier!

second pair: the erin oxford from frye, . I like the stitched detail and round laces, which make for a clean, non-fussy look.

third pair: mackenzie by cole haan. love the rich color and fine punch detailing.

lastly, how can you not adore this twist on the classic saddle shoe? (I wore saddle shoes as a little girl, and they'll always have a place in my heart!) the best part is...they're tap shoes, from leo's!
