therapeutic thursday: jcpenney's "call it spring"

deja vu, anybody? yesterday, my friends, I let you know that "what's new wednesday" morphed into "well-informed wednesday" due to my desire to be original (and not appear like I was copying anyone else!). along those same lines, "thrifty thursday," unbeknownst to me until two days ago, is already "taken" by erika over at the lovely blog cafe fashionista. so, thursdays here on hip hip shoe-ray will henceforth be known as "therapeutic thursdays" (retail therapy, of course!), giving you the best deals, steals and bargains around.

onto this week's therapeutic thursday, which is brought to you courtesy of jcpenney's new "call it spring" line, featuring men's and women's shoes and handbags. currently available at the retail chain's manhattan store, the line will expand to 100 jcpenney stores nationwide and at jcp.com this spring, then to another 500 stores this fall.
